Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for players of different skill levels
  • Provide individual and group coaching sessions to improve players' technique and strategy
  • Evaluate players' progress and provide feedback and guidance for improvement
  • Organize and lead team practices and matches
  • Ensure the safety and proper use of equipment during training and matches
  • Encourage sportsmanship and teamwork among players
  • Keep accurate records of players' attendance, performance, and progress
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate tournaments and events

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in table tennis rules, techniques, and strategies
  • Ability to create tailored training plans for players of different skill levels and age groups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coach and motivate players
  • Demonstrated success in developing players to improve their game and achieve their goals
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience in organizing and running table tennis tournaments and events
  • Ability to maintain a safe and clean training environment
  • Valid certification as a table tennis coach from a recognized organization is preferred
